Claim Analysis
Ellerker Project Management will help produce an “as-built” schedule. This is the baseline programme updated with progress-to-date information. Where a claim is apparent the update will go to the start of the alleged delay. Each updated schedule can then serve as the as-built schedule for analysing any delay and providing a new baseline schedule.
